Scenes of Philosophy and Theatre. The Nights of La Maleta and La Perla 29

Data
From 11.24.2022 to 11.26.2022

The Maleta de Portbou and La Perla 29 join forces once again for the fourth edition of the Philosophy and Theater Scenes Festival, this time to ask: what does "enraonar" mean? A three-day program that combines various disciplines and very different voices around this question.

Synopsis

The theatrical word is a treasure of the embodied word: it happens face to face. And it acquires special relevance in this continuous present in which we have been trapped for a long time. What is the value of the word? How to reason more and talk less? What can the theater do? Reasoning involves an essential time, a space of proximity and distance, and a commitment to the fragility of the word. And this is at the base of the theatrical game, which feeds the paradoxes of a time that is born inside another, of a space that houses many different ones and that is an uncertain encounter between audience and stage.

This is the fourth edition of this festival that always generates a friendly and relaxed space for meeting and reflection. Philosophy and theater are cited to resume the atavistic relationship that goes back to time immemorial. This encounter unfolds the philosophical possibilities of the theater, and gives scenic bodies to philosophy, feeding, like a strange circular dance, the deepest thought and emotion.
