El llarg dinar de Nadal

A show by La Ruta 40

Data
From 12.15.2021 to 01.09.2022
Duration
1h

The company La Ruta 40 has demonstrated all the possible curiosity and the constant need to seek new perspectives. This show has not only been a success every time it has been performed, but it also signifies a breakthrough in their way of working. At La Perla 29, we enjoy engaging in dialogue with other theatrical languages, which is why it is a pleasure to welcome them to the Teatre La Biblioteca.

Synopsis

At the Bayard family's house, the turkey is ready and the wine is in the glasses. Another year they gather around the table and eat, love, cry, are born, drink, miss, laugh, die... And they repeat rituals, echoes, and songs, from generation to generation. And they share the daily and eternal tragedy of the passage of time. A play full of humanity, humor, and tenderness, where you are invited to experience 90 years through their 90 Christmas dinners, because only time can heal these things.
